Have you tried a Spanish flan before? Flan is a creamy cooked egg custard, a traditional dessert in Argentina and in many other Ibero-American countries.

Often accompanied with whipped cream and/or dulce the leche, flans are the best way to finish a great meal. Look at the picture! Doesn't it look delicious? :-)
